Payment:

We accept Pay Pal for payment as well as all major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover). With prior approval payment may also be made by direct wire transfer. Payment is expected within 1 day of the auction’s/sale close unless prior arrangements are made. If you cannot meet this requirement the winning bid will be lost and we will re-list this auction.

For item not listed on eBay payment could be done by PayPal or credit/debit card.

Handling and shipping:

We are doing our best to deliver product in the best condition to the customer. Handling fees cover everything necessary to make delivery safe and fast: to cover the cost of boxes, tape, labels, delivery expenses to the shipping depot and the labor required to ship each item in a professional and timely manner. Handling charges vary depending on the item purchased and included in shipping cost.

 Let us know if you want to include additional insurance for shipments – additional fees will be applied.

Usually it take about 1-2 business days to ship your item. You will be notified if any delay occurs.

Exchange policy:

We may exchange product on different model/color/size ONLY if we have one in stock. 10-15% restocking fee plus shipment cost will be applied.

All items returned for exchange have to be return within 7 days after delivery and in the same condition as sent.
